As of the year 2022, companies must make welfare tools, listed by way of example at the end of this article, worth 200 euros available to all employees for use by 12/31/2022.
It should be noted that the company must actually make the welfare tools available to workers starting in February in order to allow workers to use them by 12/31/2022.
The above values are all-inclusive and expressly excluded from the basis for calculating severance pay. Employees, having passed the probationary period, in force on January 1 of each year or subsequently hired by December 31 of each year are entitled to the above:
With a permanent contract;
with fixed-term contracts who have accrued at least three months, including non-consecutive months, of seniority during each year (January 1-December 31).
