The National Labor Inspectorate in its memo No. 856 of April 19, 2022 prepared an updated vademecum on the application of sanctions on undeclared work, highlighting the scope, amounts, penalties, cases of exclusion, warning to regularize and some cases of illegal work.
The vademecum provides clarifications, among other things, with regard to:
(a) Benefits rendered through the family passbook;
(b) Occasional collaborations under Article 2222 of the Civil Code;
(c) Continuation of fixed-term contract;
(d) Occasional performance contract under Article 54-bis of Decree Law 50/2017;
(e) Contracting, secondment, administration;
(f) Internship.
