Decree No. 115 of Aug. 09, 2022 on urgent measures on energy, water emergency, social and industrial policies underwent a troubled procedural process to land (after countless amendments) in the Senate and finally be converted into Law No. 142 on Sept. 21, 2022.
The conversion law took effect on September 22, 2022.
