Last Feb. 16, the agreement hypothesis for the renewal of the Professional Studies Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed between the social partners, and there are many new features, from the revising of pay scales and disbursement of Una Tantum, to details on welfare, bilaterality, the right to study, the right to prevention and more.
The Professional Studies Collective Bargaining Agreement applies to all professional activities, including associative ones, belonging to the regular and non-regular professions, and to facilities that carry out instrumental and/or functional service activities for them.
The Professional Areas of Interest we recall are as follows:
a) Administrative Area
b) Legal Area
c) Technical Area
d) Medical-Health and Dental Area
e) Intellectual and consulting professional activities area, with or without a professional Roll.
The signatories to this Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is being renewed, are: Confprofessioni, for the employer side, and Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucs, for the worker side.
The pay increases were divided into four tranches, starting on March 1, 2024 and ending on December 1, 2026. Below are the new tabular minimums:
