Emergency Smart Working Extension

On June 22, 2021, the law converting Decree No. 52 of April 22, 2021 on "Urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities in compliance with the requirements of containing the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic" was published in Gazzetta Official Gazette.

Attention is brought to the extension of " emergency" smart working.

In fact, Article 11 provides, among other things, that what is stated in point 24 of 'Annex 2 of the aforementioned decree (provisions on agile work) is extended to December 31, 2021.
