Extension of the two-year Equal Opportunity Report 2022-2023

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has announced that the telematics template for the preparation of the biennial report on the situation of male and female employees by public and private companies employing more than 50 employees will be made available for compilation on the portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy as of June 3, 2024. The rationale for the postponement of the date from which the biennial reports can be compiled is caused by the need for an overhaul of the computer application in order to simplify the submission of the report, including through new features for pre-compilation and retrieval of past information.


Companies must report for the 2022-2023 biennium no later than July 15, 2024, exclusively through the updated application.


The general compilation methods provided by the decreeadopted on March 29, 2022 by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, in consultation with the Minister of Family, Natality and Equal Opportunity, remain confirmed.
