A number of recent pieces of legislation have introduced innovations in the areas of pro-business measures, support for work, families and countering the national economic crisis.
New features introduced by Law No. 69/2021
The law converting Supports Decree No. 41/2021 changed the original regulatory framework considerably.
We summarize the most important points for the work:
Aid for "start-up" enterprises (Art. 1b)
A new feature compared to the text of the decree is the Lost Fund contribution in favor of "start-up" enterprises that opened their VAT number in 2018 and started their activity in 2019, even in the absence of the drop in turnover. The aid is provided up to a maximum of Euro 1,000.00 in favor of enterprises that would not have been entitled to the Lost Fund provided for by the Support Decree in the event of failure to comply with the requirement of a drop in turnover when comparing the monthly average 2020 with the monthly average 2019. There remains in any case the need to comply with the additional conditions provided for the disbursement of the grant, such as the limit of revenues to 10 million euros. In any case, it will be necessary to wait for a special decree of the Ministry of Economy that will go to identify the precise criteria and methods of implementation of this contribution.
Supplementary Fund (Art. 8, paragraphs 2-bis and 3-bis)
The possibility is confirmed for the ordinary redundancy fund (CIGO) to
Apply for up to a maximum of 13 weeks for the period between the 1st

integration in derogation, 28 weeks remain confirmed for the period between the
