Subject: Contractual minimums in effect as of June 1, 2023 Unionmeccanica Confapi Collective Bargaining Agreement for Industry - Effects

On June 16, 2023, Unionmeccanica Confapi and the trade unions Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil and Uilm-Uil signed a minute, implementing the draft Agreement for the renewal of the CCNL May 26, 2021 regarding the adjustment of contractual minimums, travel allowance and on-call allowance.

In fact, it was noted that the HICP (Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for the Countries of the European Union) for 2022, net of important energetics, was 6.6 percent, thus higher than the percentage increase in the tabular reference minima already planned.

Accordingly, below confirmed the new tabular minima as of June 1, 2023 (see last column on the right):

The parties, based on the actual 2022 inflationary dynamics measured with HICP net of major energy as provided by ISTAT and equal to 6.6%, also proceeded to adjust the lump-sum travel allowance and on-call allowance in place as of May 31, 2023.
