Decree-Law No. 60 of May 7, 2024, published in Gazzetta Official Gazette No. 105/2024 on May 07, and entered into force the following day, provided important urgent provisions on cohesion policies. The measure aims to carry out the reform of cohesion policy included in the revision of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), in order to strengthen the implementation of interventions aimed at reducing territorial gaps and promote new businesses, self-employment, professional activities, bet on Southern Italy in order to grow good jobs through:
More stable employment contracts
More young workers and women in the workforce
More opportunities for disadvantaged workers.
We preface that the effectiveness of the provisions is subject to the authorization of the European Commission, and for the measures to be fully operational, it is necessary to wait for the issuance of the ministerial decrees referred to in the individual regulations, as well as the INPS operational News .
However, the contribution benefits are recognized within the spending limits identified in Decree No. 60/24 (so-called "Cohesion Decree") that we attach to this circular.
