Family Protection is a measure by which the Lombardy Region supports families who are experiencing economic hardship due to the continuing health emergency situation from Covid-19.
Families will be able to obtain a €500 one-time non-repayable contribution until the available resources, which amount to €32.40 million, are exhausted, including €4.4 million for application of the Lombardy Family Factor, which makes it possible to guarantee an additional amount to the contribution granted if the family has elements such as a mortgage for the purchase of the main home, length of residence in the Lombardy Region, number of children, disabled persons, pregnant women and elderly dependents.
Application can be made by logging on to the website: www.bandi.regione.lombardia.it by typing: Family Protection.
The grant application can be submitted exclusively online starting April 12, 2021, based on the applicant's residence, through the Bandi On Line information system by authenticating with the CRS/TS-CNS health card PIN or SPID (Public Digital Identity System).
To qualify for the grant, the applicant must meet the following requirements at the time of application:
Being a resident of Lombardy;
Be a parent of at least one child under 18 years of age who is a dependent and resident in your household;
