ACCIDENT REPORTS
Regarding injuries that should unfortunate occur during this closed period, we would like to give you the following information.
It is no longer possible to send the accident report to Inail by registered mail, the report should be sent from the company's PEC to the PEC of the competent Inail based on the residence of the injured person.
In the accident report, you should limit yourself to giving details about the company, the injured person and entering a brief description of the event.
At the same time, a note will be added informing the insurer that missing non-essential data will be supplemented later. To locate the appropriate Inail you must access the following page: www.inail.it/cs/internet/supporto/sedi.html

All the information you send to Inail should also be sent to the Firm.
Please note that the injury report must be submitted by the employer within 48 hours of receiving the injury certificate.
