Eligibility for contribution exemption with certification of gender equality for men and women

Subject: Procedure for employers with gender equality certification to be eligible for contribution exemption


Starting from Dec. 27, 2022 and until Feb. 15, 2023 telematic applications for eligibility for the contribution waiver of the employer's share for employers who are in possession of the certification on gender equality between men and women, obtained by December 31, 2022.

Employers eligible for the benefit, the structure and extent of the exemption, the resources allocated, the conditions for eligibility for the exemption, coordination with other incentives and the procedure for eligibility are specified in News Inps No. 137 of Dec. 27, 2022.


Benefit eligibility process and employer fulfillments


For the purpose of admission to the exemption in question, employers in the private sector who are in possession of the certification of gender parity achieved by December 31, 2022, through the legal representative or his delegate, may submit an appropriate telematic application to INPS, using only the application form online "PAR_GEN", specially prepared by the Institute on the website www.inps.it, in the section called "Facilities Portal (formerly DiResCo)."

It is understood that, in order to be eligible for the exemption, employers will need to hold the gender parity certification obtained by December 31, 2022.
