Subject: Transitional period to adjust to the new mode of fulfillment prior communication establishment of occasional self-employment ex Law No. 215 of 17/12/2021
The National Labor Inspectorate announces that until April 30, 2022, it will be possible to continue to make the prior notification of the establishment of the relationship of occasional self-employment also by e-mail, according to the procedures explained in Note No. 29/2022.
Effective May 1, 2022, the only valid channel for fulfilling this obligation will be exclusively the telematic channel made available by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, and communications made by e-mail directly to the offices of the Territorial Labor Inspectorates will therefore not be considered valid (and will therefore be sanctionable).
